Our mission at Acorn is to support and empower smallholder farmers globally to transition to more sustainable agricultural practices, improving people's livelihoods and climate adaptation.
What we do
We are a Dutch agroforestry-carbon initiative enabling smallholder farmers in developing regions to adopt sustainable practices while generating verified carbon credits.
Through our global partnerships, we develop collaborative agroforestry projects and connect farmers to international carbon markets—turning their climate action into additional income streams. For corporate buyers, Acorn delivers science‑backed, nature‑based carbon solutions with social impact, returning at least 70% of carbon credit proceeds back to smallholder farmers.
